NICK PISANI
Owner, Designer, & Contractor
Nick has over 25 years of experience designing and installing landscape projects. Nick’s love for landscape grew from his Grandad, who taught him about flowers, planting pecan trees, and how to mow the perfect lawn.
True to his upbringing, Nick attended Auburn University where he studied landscape design and horticulture. His first position post-graduation began in Atlanta, Georgia, where he specialized in large scale commercial design and high-end residential design. In this role, he learned how to operate heavy equipment, install irrigation systems, create drainage solutions, build water features and implement landscape lighting.
A few years later, Nick took a position with Paul Banner Nursery in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this role, Nick learned how to grow trees and plants, create multi-layer plant design, and form hardscapes. Everything Nick did in this position was centered around functional, well-planned design.
In 2006, Nick moved to Colorado, where he began his career as a Senior Landscape Designer working for highly recognized landscape architecture companies. For the past 18 years, Nick has learned about drought tolerant plants and winter garden design. His areas of focus involve creating mountain-scape, contemporary, formal, urban, and courtyard design, as well as large acreage ranch and horse property design.
In 2016, Nick began Viewpoint Design Group. His mission is to produce innovative solutions for every Client. Nick prepares site plans and drawings, specifications for presentations, and cost estimates. Nick is truly dedicated to providing the best design solutions for every Client.
ELIZABETH PISANI
Landscape Architect, PLA #1595
Elizabeth is a licensed landscape architect with the state of Colorado. Her background includes residential landscape design, community event space design, and environmental planning. During her design process, Elizabeth focuses on connecting the elements of architecture to the natural forms of landscape.
For the past 15 years, Elizabeth has designed and installed landscape projects across Metro Denver and throughout the Vail Valley. Her projects include high-end residential, hotel and hospital design, and courtyard, city-scapes.
In late 2017, Elizabeth joined her husband at Viewpoint. Elizabeth focuses on 3D renderings, plans and construction documents, presentations, and all elements related to small business management.
Together, Nick and Elizabeth use their combined experience of construction practices and design work to create well planned, functional, and beautiful designs for their Clients.
